Or the picture is unstable and shows all sorts of results. Some even crash your computer.
Well Most of these reasons are attributed to you not having the right codecs.
What are Codecs,basically I couldnt give you a scientific answer , but all you really need to know that these codecs will help you to watch the vidoes / movies properly.
Now you're probably wondering, where do I get them.
I suggest downloading a codec, pack, that will include lots of these codecs so you dont have to go around and install every one of them.

After you finish installing you should now be able to watch the videos.
